What is my car worth?

1986 2.8i Special. Rosso Red, Strong engine, run a 16.0 1/4 mile @ the pod. Has been rebuilt from the ground up. All new everything, new sills, wheel arches, track rod ends & so on. Very tidy interior, near mint carpet & seats, very tidy underneath. Flew through the last 2 MOTS with no problems. Side trim removed. Body work is ruff tho. Needs two new wings and new bonnet and is covered in dents.

Didn't it dent the bodywork rolling a fully built up and hence quite heavy motor onto it's side like that ? I can see you used a matress but you're still a brave man..

yeah i woulda been worried about it rollin over haha

 

car looks great though, i would probably go for £3k -£3500, maybe £4k on a good day

Didn't dent it putting in on the matress, it was a deep springy matress. Dont think I would want to do it to a minter tho

fair enough then, well thats what i woulda put it at lookin at pics, maybe 3k would be a top end bet if its not as good as it looks, but hey you never know
