subscription question

just got the thing through the post about renewing my subscription and i wondered if instead of the autoglym cleaning kit i could get a couple of binders ive got every issue from issue one so dunno how many id need but id be happy to pay a bit more so id have enuff for all of them.

Hi - r.e. the folders, if you phone the hotline and say that you'd rather a couple of binders i'm sure that they will oblidge. As for the letter being from BB... Will have a look at that
