Was just wondering if anyone here competes in road rally/ stage rally events such as The Preston, Pheasent Plucker, Essex charity stages, The kent rally etc...

 

I'm thinking about competing in the essex stages next year and probably a few events during the winter in the mex

 

Does anyone compete in these events?? (or recommend others??) And which clubs do you belong to??

am lookin at doin some hrcr 100 rally series next year and maybe some clubman events in my mex,there just daylight regulation roadrally

 

there some on the rallyesport escort forum who rallys a mk1 mex,ludlow rally sprint in january is a good learning forest rally

Road Rallies Just get out and do some, Cheap sport great fun and theres nothing better than the smell hot mud and cow shit on the exhaust. have a look at my site for more info.

Chelmsford motor club organise the pheasant plucker and seem a really good club. Worth a look. I've done the plucker and a few other night events before and they are brill fun. Get an experianced nav to get the most from the event. Especially one that doesn't get ill and who hasn't had chili for tea is my tip
