badchild Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 Im gonna build a fast road xflow but i dont really have much knowledge of engine specs, could someone tell me the things to do to get the best out of xflow? ps im not actually going to be build the engine, someone with a bit of knowledge is! cheers Ryan
antz Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 cam, rebore out to either 1390 or 1700 (depending on engine), stage 1,2 or 3 head, lighten flywheel, twin 40s....erm.......the list goes on
oliwally Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 there's no such thing as a stage 1 2 or 3 head. just ported and polished to suit your intended purpose and cam specs.
Mr Sam Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 4 branch, bit of head work, 32/36 give you a bit more right foot but still remain pretty driveable and reliable, could go for a mild cam too then its rebore time wild cam more head work and 40's
