d_kni004 Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 SORRY TO ANY SAFFA'S OUT THERE BUT I SERIOUSLY HOPE ENGLAND KICK SOME SERIOUS ASS!! SAME GOES FOR HAMILTON, BRING THAT CHAMPIONSHIP HOME!!!!
beedz Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 being a i admit to being biased, but i kind of hope the game is at least going to contain some trys - either side will be fine, but i suspect they're more likely to come from the SA's.
Slik 50 Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 I have my seat in front of the tv ready and a god few beers ready
beedz Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 ref was crap, but that seems to have been the standard for this cup
Mr Sam Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 why is gordon brown on the stand..... scottish tw@t giving england away to the EU
beedz Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 no tries though, it's become a real kicking game sadly. time for the try points to be raised methinks
pauln Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 no tries though, it's become a real kicking game sadly. time for the try points to be raised methinks Or kicking points reduced.
oliwally Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 no tries though, it's become a real kicking game sadly. time for the try points to be raised methinks Or kicking points reduced. No Just needs unbiased forth officials, why was an austrailian used when England knock his team out on the way to the final??? Should have been someone who didnt have a team knocked out by either team. Its a bit off really, like the tri-nations in rugby league,Great Britian plays Austrailia and New Zealand,But Austrailia brings the ref!!! Thats just not fair Also the unfairness of the ref,How many times did SA cross in front of the ball player? at least 5 times,Englend got called when the ball player was in front of the crosser, which is allowed. Then you got the holding on,as soon as England hit the floor the whistle went for holding on to the ball,SA played the ball on the floor and didnt get penalized for it. Dont get me wrong,we might still have lost but I'd rather loose fairly
beedz Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 the ref was crap in all fairness (but biased i don't think, as both sides got away with murder really), but i still think the game as a whole would be much better to watch with the points balance between kicks and trys being adjusted again. even as a welshy i enjoyed the way england played in the last 15 or so minutes - because they knew they needed a try not just to get into a kicking position. i thought they played the best i've seen them play all through the tournament.
