camshafts (swapping them about)

will a 2.0L pinto cam go in a 1.6L pinto head and run on a 1.6L pinto block

 

without any other mods as im persuming the ports are different / smaller on a 1.6 and if yes would it improve performance

 

the reason i ask is ive been given a cam for a 2.0L

ive just rang burtons and they said the best mod for 1.6 is the standard 2.0 cam would make it like a fast road cam or the gt 2.0 cam would be a wild cam in the 1.6
