After going through all the stress of moving house and having (like this moment) to go round parents to go online, I've found out today that my fully lit, powered and secure workshop is being sold and my tenancy is up! So need a secure garage to store my escy till i can get planning to build one at my new home, any ideas surrey peeps? :(

Mate if the house is yours you dont need permission, just need to stick to regs - not more than half the garden and no more than 3m tall with a flat roof and 4m with an apex roof
