Hi guys and girls, I have decided to sell my anglia as I'm just not getting to use it and want to concentrate on my cortina project. It's a rover v8, new head gaskets and skimmed heads, new lifters not long before went into storage. Rover sdi 5speed manual, 4 barrel webber on edelbrook manifold, new Ali dash and guages, electronic speedo (not connected) pair of leather by Connelly embossed recaros(only one fitted). Allacchi rear cage with cross braces, harnesses, plumbed in fire system, battery and tank in boot, etc etc Stripe etc are vinyl so could be removed easily if wanted. All steel body. It will need some recommissioning as been in dry storage for over a year. Sensible offers accepted around £4250 car is in Kent Thanks

Read Vulcan 607, brilliant book and a very handy diagram of who refuelled who! Really shows the scale of the mission to get one bomber over the Falklands. Haynes also do a manual for the Vulcan too!

yep I'm back and get my arse into gear and get something out the garage for new year! It's a 3.5 rover from an sdi, weber 4 barrel carb. The other one for the cortina is twin strombergs.

Mines already got the v8 in, bulkhead is moved back but I don't want to change the exterior with bonnet bulges etc on it

Hi guys, long time no speaky! Thought it was about time I got on with the anglia and wondered if anyone on here had any experience with turbo v8s using the jamspeed set up as I just acquired one! Also what would be the best way to feed in the nitrous? Ideally I'm hoping to fit it under the bonnet with no more body mods to the wings and bonnet etc as I want to keep all steel with no more mods! If I can't it will go in the cortina with the nice v8 sitting ready for that!!

I've switched to roll ups too, smoke a lot less than with tailor mades! Less chemicals and a lot cheaper. Use filter tips much better than people wondering if it's a pube or baccy stuck on yer lip!!

Great film convoy got it on DVD! Margate run would be good, even got the turner centre here for the sophistilicated peoples! And could do a BBQ and beer at my place after!
