Engine protection

I only get chance to use my car a couple of times a week over the winter and I have noticed that the condensation and water is starting to mark the carbs and bits and bobs, is there any product that can be sprayed onto the engine to protect through the winter months, thanks

Not sure if anyone else does, but I always give the carbs and linkage etc a light coating of wd40 and its never harmed it. Its the only product I can think of, hope this helps m8.
