axles info please

hi everyone does anyone know the size differents between a 105e axle and mk2 escort axle and will they jus swap striaght over?

yeah your right.... its not to hard, just got to get the right angle on the saddles when you weld em back on

 

anglia is 48"

escort is 50"

cortina is 49"

capri is 52"

i've got a anglina axle in my escort mk1 sport... but will be changing to the cortina gt axle type soon

im lookin on putting a nice fat set of 8j maybe 9 on the back.

Cut one off at a time and use a spirit level to get the new one same as the original and then do the same with the other one.
