16.2 seconds at 80mph was my best the last time but that was just with the 4 branch manifold and twin webbers, but no engine work done. Ive not been with new engine but planning too after next pay day.

Thats a really good time for a 2lt. My V6 only manages a 16.0. Be intresting to see what you get next time :)

Yeah when i was up there the last time a couple of 2.8i were there and neither could get out of the 17s so i was quite pleased
awsome :) I think mine must have had some work done on it, mine should be a standard 2.8i but done a 16.08. I'll have to give you a race up there some day ;)

Yeah definatly get in touch nearer the date. I'm about 30 mins drive from the Pod what about you?

It is the red one, it's gonna stay red but with a satin black fibreglass bonnet, like this photoshop pic, only now it now has Camero mirrors insted of those bullet mirrors.

Serious now, that engine pic was taken nt long after lump went in, its all sorted now wiv breathers done and dizzy etc on.

Hi m8, at the mo its still 2.0 but looking at 2.1 now, its got Big valve head, ported and polished, double valve springs, piper 285 cam and vernier pulley. 4-2-1 manifold and big bore system, twin 40 webbers and 40mm trumpets. Modified distributor, 8mm silicone leads with fast road plugs but dont really see they can make much difference, lightened flywheel and a quickshift lever

What you planning for yours then?
