herb capri Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 seriosly mate thats a hard one ,everyone knows that a four door is not valued as high as the two but[notice i said isnt valued not isnt worth} but yours looks pretty solid from the photo and also looks cool {a definate requirement of a good price}but its hard to price it ,the best id say is if it was in the paper near me at £1999 and i was in the market fo one id be round to your door pretty quick! but photos can be so deceptive and a bad photo can knock a grand off your car ,but ive also seen others that sent me rushing to the bank to get my hard worked for cash out ,only to find a dog,and a poorly one at that waiting for me,and a lesson in patience learned. the truth is often a hard figure to find and most here wont want to hurt your feelings by a low price, however the truth is i would be well happy driving your motor!id even say watch out for the irish b*****d with a shogun, who is fast becoming the escort owners BOGEYMAN!!!!
davreeve Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I went to look at a 1300 xl the same colour as yours in late 2004 near Downham Market ,it needed wings ,front panel, and a years worth of welding underneath .The guy wanted 1600 quid ,i would have paid 6-700 but he would,nt drop lower than 1200.Doubt he sold it for that though.
