windows 98 problem

hi! anyone remember windows 98?! ive got a laptop with it on. when i turn it on it wont boot up, says theres a file missing (which ive forgot what it said so will go have another look) but it says i can re-install it. i can ctrl+alt+del and start up in safe mode tho.

 

where would i get this missing file from?! i dont have the '98 disc

edit: it says the windows registry or SYSTEM>INI file refers to this device file, but the device file no longer exists'
