What Colour to paint a Pinto??

I've started tidying up the engine bay on the Capri but was wondering if anyone knows what colour I should be painting the engine and ancillaries. I've been told the block should be black with blue rocker cover and cam belt cover. Is this true and if so what shade of blue should they be??

 

The car is a '74 Facelift Capri with a 1.6 Pinto.
