Gibson Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Ive been out of the loop for a while now and just taken a new job so i dont have time for the capri anymore so whats left of her is being given away in the Cars for sale thread. its not the first person who says they will have it but the person who i am most confident will do something with her, not scrap her. even so i just wanted to say, cheers, goodbye, and IL BE BACK SOON! just as soon as i have the money to buy a finished car anyway lol

Exactly. still got the V8 in the garage and its full steam ahead with rebuilding that! but the shell i was gonna use (and was originally my first car) was just too rotten for my skills and time! now all i have to do is resist the temptation to put the V8 in a BMW e30 Cabriolet for some summer fun....

BTW: My mate in Carlisle dropped a 4.2 RV8 into his E30 a few yrs ago & it was the most sorted sleeper in Cumbria - Scary as f - but BIG fun!
