Venue: Halfway House Pub, A127, Essex (Southend bound)

 

Agenda: To elect a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer for the RS Owners Club Essex Regional Group.

 

Information has come to light that the existing 'chairman' is not, in fact, a member of the RS Owners Club. At the present time, the positions of secretary and treasurer are vacant. We are, therefore, holding this meeting to put matters right.

 

All Essex members are entitled to vote. Please make your vote count.

 

In the coming weeks, all Essex members will receive a letter inviting you to attend the meeting and cast your vote. You will have to bring this letter together with your membership card on the night.
