drill the cracks at either end (if they're big cracks going all of the way through the glass)with a 3-5 mm drill, fill from the underside using fiberglass filler then fill ,sand and respray the bonet, but this may still not solve the problem and the cracks might return. it may well be cheaper to buy a replacment bonet. if the cracks are just in the paint then you may get away with just sanding through the cracks and then respraying the bonet. hope this helps you m8 :thumbsup:

a bit time consuming but can be done. using a Stanley blade, run down the length of each crack making a `V` channel, then fill with gel-coat(not too thick tho, just enough so it sits proud) let it harden then rub down with some 240 wet and dry on a block. this well sort it for good. :thumbsup:

I do something similar but use a cutting disc in an angle grinder and run it over the cracks, then fill using fibreglass filler.
