What should i set my ign timing at on a 1600 xflow with 2.0 ltr carb and four branch??? i think its at about 8 degrees at the mo but its spluttering on pull off but screams on top end. any advice would be verry much appreciated :thumbsup:

keep advancing it mate, about 2 degrees at a time, until it doesn't like it or starts pinking then knock it back a little until it stops that should do it :wink:

as above , or you can disconnect the vacuum advance. set the idle to about 1200 rpm. move the dizzy to the fastest running point then back it off abit . you can do the same with the mixture on the carb aswell. re-coonect the vacuum advance then take it for a spin. :thumbsup:
