Trying to cheat with mk2 escort door cards !!!

We have over orderd at work and have five 4' x 8' sheets of 1mm thick alloy sheet spare, not wanting to spend a whole load of money for pre made alloy door cards and rear quater panals has any body got any mesurments for said bits handy ( its for a 2 door mk2 escort)

Yep as Gaz said use some old door cards as a template or if you dont have any use some card to make some templates
