Mr Sam Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 well instead of getting ready for CF i went off to lincoln with a mate to the under conversion St Johns Lunatic Asylum no original features or really anything to remind you of its past....apart from the cells, the corridoors and ballroom are just amazing though and the staircase just had me in awe, been in need of an adrenaline pick me up for quite some time i stupidly decided to climb the gangways above the stage unfortunatly no access to the water tower couple of mates are doing a load of the asylums down south tomorrow.....they would pick CF weekend wouldnt they

X FLOW EDDY Posted May 31, 2008 Report Posted May 31, 2008 There was one in caistor which is not to far from lincoln, i have been round that one at night !!!!! NOT FOR THE FEINT HEARTED. After it had been set on fire of the 4th time they pulled the whole lot down about 2 months ago. If you go on Google earth and if you know whare to look you can see the whole thing when it was still standing.
