So, we would welcome people to sign up (you can log-in using your Retards Club account) and upload your media for all to enjoy. Hi all, yeah, I still have an osf in the form of a MK2 thundersaloon project. I have been focusing on other interweb things and keeping busy so havent had chance to use forums too much. I have been working on a site called MyRush.tv which is all about onboard footage of your cars etc. Check it out please people, also search for it on Retards Club and give it a like. Its slowly growing but need more support in this infancy stage! The MK2 project is slowly coming along too, having been underneath it with a wire brush and restoring/paint it. Painfull but essential! Hi guys, I have a full set of Leda adjustable coilovers for sale. These are ready to go, all with springs, alloy eccentric top mounts, hubs, long studs. Hi all, I need some in-car videos for a project i am working on. I only need a few seconds of drag-strip videos. Would anyone be kind enough to grant me permission to use thier video/s??? Yep, of course these old fords, Escorts in particular have risen in price. Try getting a half decent escort shell for under 1800 quid. It wont happen. Thats just a bare shell too. Its simply supply and demand. We can moan about the prices of parts until we are blue in the face but things are only worth what people are willing to pay. Who would pay £150.00 for a knackered gearbox? No-one, he'll sit on that ad for ever. Simple. I have seen people get ridiculous amounts of money for thier cars recently and so have i seen some cars change hands for next to nothing. Ebay has no doubt hiked the prices up in recent years but I have also seen cars simply not sell as the owners are asking too much.

If your not fitting slicks and doing track or drag racing then stick with the English mate, its lighter, the parts are cheaper and you can change the final drive in 20 mins. An atlas, it needs to be built properly so you cant just swap CWP's when you fancy. If you are gonna upgrade power or want the piece of mind of a stronger axle, then stick with the atlas. if you do decide to go English and want to sell the Atlas, i may be interested!.... is it shortened to 48.5" ?

I had to put a return spring on my brake pedal as the weight was causing it to bind ever so slightly.

Just thought i'd mention that there is a lot to be said for bilstien suspension. I had Leda adjustables on mine but recently changed to Bilstien tarmac inserts and the difference is amazing. Good old bilstien.
