what sort of money are the mk 1 and 2 estates going for at the moment and do they actually crop up that often. I've been watching ebay but would prefer prices from the 'real world' :roll: cheers in advance all :thumbsup:

i only paid £850 for my mk 1 cortinia saloon 4 door with bench seat and colum change with tax and mot from ebay. It need's some work though :mrgreen:

 

But there is a mk2 estate on there at the mo with a pinto in it saw it a couple of days ago :mrgreen:

saw that and I'd love to buy it. 3.0l though so I dont think the insurence companies would like me much :lol: then again Iit'll cost me about the same insurence wise as a 1300 escort 4 door, so you never know :wink: (and it would have to be converted to manual as you suggested :lol: ) love your escy btw, saw it at cf when I was wandering about with Antz and watched it doing some great runs down the strip :thumbsup:
