welding up a diff?

is it easy? anyone got any pictures of welding it up etc? i looked on how to guides but nothing about it in their. has anyone done it on here?

if your gonna use it on the road i wouldnt bother it would be a nightmare to drive it will push straight on in corners they are also prone to busting half shafts to when welded

welded diffs on the road are a nightmare. We had a mk1 escort with one

were towing it home and nacked up eventully axle ripped out the back of the car

save your money and get a LSD steve. welded diffs are a nightmare on the road.

dads m8 (ex banger boy, know what hes doing) throws a load of old bolts ect in the diff and welds it all down

 

also bloke at aena essex does it, think its £50
