Help Identifying Pinto Camshaft

Hi,

 

Can anyone tell me what sort of cam shaft this is? It's currently in a 2.0 Pinto head but it is believed to be high torque:

 

On one side of the cam in line with the ford logo is the number H28 and opposite H28 is the number 33A80.

 

If anyone can help me find the exact specs of this cam that would be great.

Dont the cam people normally stamp them on the tail end?

May not be a lot of help but if it is marked up ford it may be a towing cam

which will give a high torque right across the rev range
