Will hopefully find out also why it was so much down on power when it was last on the rollers. Current spec should've been about 130-135bhp but it was only 100 for some reason. Hopefully that was down to lack of vernier for the cam & poor fuelling. These 45's should sort that

Sorry about the engine last one i did to the same spec made 131 on a DGAV... but yes, cam timing was out, needs a vernier.

 

Did you say he "won them" , wow, thats pretty good going, whoever brought them would surely have had to pay 310 quid though, were they in a raffle afterwards or something

Hardly your fault Glyn. Both Tom's & Deans engines both had verniers fitted as you asked but I didn't so we should find the lost power this time. Don't forget, it might of only had 100bhp but it had 155lb torque
