new x-flow needed! i have the worst luck ever!

whilst on my way down to see a friend yesterday (to arrange next sundays run to brighton over a couple of beers and the old f1), my 1670 x-flow decided it didnt like the bearings and decided to chuck number 4 out of the exhaust side, nearly caught fire and generally made me make as many skids in my pants as there was on the road! lucky for me an aa man saw it and i was lucky enough to get a flatbed out to get me. (also saw a 2 door mk 2 escort whizz by eastbound on the a13!)

my only problem now is that im engine-less for next sundays run!

im in essex and would love to know if anyone would be able to sell me either a half decent bottom end or complete engine(1600 preferrable).

im pretty sure my head and 244 cam and everything are intact. not sure if it'll match a standard 1600 block tho. please jim, can you fix it for me? haha
