fuel pump needed to run a v8 what size would i need,and were to buy one from looking for one to mount on to the inner wing any-idea's

just been looking at some farat one's how do you work out what psi you will need

Normally youd run a fuel pressure regulator if your running carbs, and i think they come preset but can be adjusted.

running injection mate was useing a 2.8i tank and pump but cant bebothed to fit that and was looking to mount in the boot so i can switch it off like dead

Im not sure then. Id still run a regulator and a pump with a few psi more then needed though. Im sure someone can clarify better, but im sure most people are away at ford fair now though.
