Subscription address change

I have a subscription, which my brother bought me for xmas, BUT I'm moving to Thailand in few weeks. Can I get it transferred to there? How do I go about it?

Hmmm shame this didn't actually work. Haven't recieved any, probably not CF's fault mind. Someone from the post office must like the look of it and nabbed them
