WHAT WHEEL NUTS TO FIT RS ALLOYS TO MY 1972 MK1 ESCORT ????

I have a 1972 (L-Reg) mk1 escort and i want to fit a set of 13" 5.5J RS 4 Spoke Alloys all i know is they take the flat nuts the ones with a washer on i but does anyone know what ones because rally design have 3 choices and for some reason cant tell me what ones i need

Should be UNF but it depends if your studs are original or not.

Called rally design the guy seemed to know his stuff and said these were the ones i needed:
