Dr Feelgood Posted August 28, 2008 Report Posted August 28, 2008 i hate customer services this doris phoned up and booked a one way flight and was telling me how her dad and 3 kids are following the following week i asked her a million times just to make sure that none of the kids were going with her but she said she was going alone, thats all fine so i put it all in my booking notes make my manager aware of the situation and what happens? she call customer services today to complain about not having a childs ticket for one of her kids and those bastards totally ignore my notes on the booking and those of my managers and give her a nice big payout and apology. what do i get? a write off thats going to go on my record cos customer services are a bunch of spineless ass licking bastards
