antz Posted August 31, 2008 Report Posted August 31, 2008 gotta hand it to retroglam for making a great first meet in scarborough! was so funny that we gatecrashed the car show and we got many looks like filth bloody brilliant. hats off to budsowna who came all that way for the meet. oldskool through and through! i forgot i had a camera but heres my few pics! a certain surfing_turnip giggling at something or another

dazmk1 Posted August 31, 2008 Report Posted August 31, 2008 tried to make this today but set off from leeds it took three hours to get there because of traffic,so had a day there anyway set off back got stuck in traffic again then when we got through that the coil went so had to get the aa to tow me home so it took 4 hours in all to get back! not the best day really and all this with the mrs on our first anniversary! maybe next time!!

Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 was a good day out mate, nice to meet a few new facesonly spoilt by the weather on the way home & getting stuck in traffic on the A64 for an hour didn't even put a damper on my good mood when the drivebelt snapped top day out we heard there was a fatal on the a64 mate, apparently happened in the morning, road was closed most of day, thanks for coming to the meet, was really proud to have your car in the convoy and sorry to hear of your fan belt mishap.. graham in the gold capri had a breakdown on way back to south yorks, he got home ok tho.
