Misfire at 3k revs on pinto

Really annoying the hell outta me now!

Basically rebuilt my pinto recently, ran nice before but now runs like crap!

 

Basically stuck new rings and new valves gaskets etc. but left the inlet manifold alone, put it all back together and get a misfire that the car wont rev through at 3k revs

 

Replaced all ignition components and still no joy, carb all appears ok and i;ve changed nothing since the manifold came off complete, anyone got any suggestions?

if it ran fine before and you havent touched the car i'd say its likly to be a timing issue or you could have put the rings so the gaps are inline an its got no compresson

Could be a faulty distributer cap i had that same thing on my MK1 Escort drove me mad
