i enjoy this past-time , had a 1.8 mk2 corsa tother day in the capri, his face was a picture had a stab at an M3 aswell, got left (not as much as i thought i wud tho), when we got to the next set of lights, the bloke in the M3 was made up to see an old ford havin a stab i think

Heh-heh. I do the same in my MK3 Mondeo TDCi. Really sacks them off when they get whooped by an oil burner.

 

Tell you what though, those TDCi's really haul ass. I'd love to put one in a Capper or similar.
