DAZZA Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 Loads of stories, but heres a few ive seen on US custom and Rod forums. Jo Coddingdon tried to keep the shop going after Boyd died. Dwane asked for a ridiculous payrise and was sacked. Dan took over as shop manager. But the whole thing eventually folded. Richie the gangbanger has been seen on Overhaulin' and Wrecks to Riches USA. Davey the winner threw the job in and started his own Rod shop in ohio (probably at his house, if you saw the garage he had )
Nettles Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 It’s a shame that the whole Coddington Empire collapsed after his death. I’m sure that Dan would have been a great shop manager. Glad to hear that Dwayne got fired, that guy was a complete bell-end! As for Richie the gangbanger I knew I’d seen him on Wrecks to Riches USA working for Barry White! What’s the deal with that? I thought all the apprentices were supposed to be complete novices? I am surprised that Dave the winner chucked it in though! Makes you wonder if the whole thing was a complete set up from the beginning?
Trevmk3 Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 yeah im glad Dwaine got the boot, shame Boyd never did it only saw a bit of that apprentice thing
DAZZA Posted November 18, 2008 Author Report Posted November 18, 2008 It’s a shame that the whole Coddington Empire collapsed after his death. Yes a great shame.... he'd sold the brand name and wheels operation (much to the dismay of his smart arse Son) a few years ago. But dont forget, as great as he was... Boyd had gone bust numerous times and was eventually trialled for his questionable financial transactions and car identification endevours.
wolf666 Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 im glad dwain got sacked he was fookin arse
over_head_cam Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 Agreed Dwayne was a cock. BUT he did get the job done, shame he was just too far up himself sometimes. I wish I had a job at SoCal
Mr Sam Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 arrgh that dwayne was a nob right up his own ass at times jut want to thump the guy with a giant wrench to shut him up!!! what about the kid blue bear?
stevepeanut Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 Dwaine was a total arse-candle. My bird made me turn it off once, cos Boyd and Dwaine were tearing into this poor guy as he packed his tools and left, and ended up a grown man crying his eyes out
