fitting dynabolts

I have to bolt my new garage to a concrete floor. I got mounting kit consisting of a packet of steel angles and dynabolts. Says the dynabolts are 10mm, is it just a case of drilling 10mm holes in the concrete, dropping the bolts in and then tighten them, and they lock themselves in place?
