Lapland help ?

Anyone know what to wear in Lapland ?

 

Mother-in-law, as a Xmas treat for the kids, has paid for us to travel to the North Pole

 

Silly question but has anyone else taken kids and if so what's best to wear ?

 

I've spoke to a few people and they say the thing that spoilt the trip was the kids being cold.

 

Mines 4 & 6 not sure whether to dress them up in 4 layers before we leave the house or to carry some extra layers and dress them up on he plane ?

From my experiences of going skiing, I'd recommend taking lots of thin layers, a good fleece and some decent boots TK Maxx do good cheap ski/winter clothes

 

If you put a thick jumper on them and then a coat, they could get too hot, then when you take either off, they'll end up cold
