john123 Posted January 24, 2009 Author Report Posted January 24, 2009 i am still new to photo shop and now found out the tool for bluring number plates out rather than painting them out the reason should be quite plain up here a lot of cars are being stolen and i have a new camera which takes perfect pics of peoples number plates and i do not want to give the theiving scum any info on peoples cars if it offends you please feel free to put a post in the main room asking for a poll on what is wright or wrong i will blur the numbers out untill told any difrent thanks john
