Haynesmanual Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 I have just fitted some kawasaki zx6r bike carbs to my escort. Does anyone know if i should run a bike fuel pump or a regulator on a regular pump? If so what pressure?
glenbo Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 IM DOING THE SAME AND IVE BEEN TOLD 1.5-2.0 BAR,I ALREADY HAVE ELECTRIC PUMP AND REGULATOR FITTED BUT A FEW OF MY MATES HAVE USED R1 FUEL PUMP

Haynesmanual Posted April 2, 2009 Author Report Posted April 2, 2009 Fitted a zx6r pump today and it started! Its running a bit rough, do'es anyone know how the slides in the carbs work? mine only seem to open the middle two when revs are increased?
