hpmk1 Posted April 11, 2009 Report Posted April 11, 2009 Hi there, Just got my new 1600 L from 1976. 5 prev owners 130000 km (81000 miles?), all original. I´m about to build a new engine, 1600 or 1700 xf with Newman cam, Wilcox head, and 2x40 DCOE etc..

hpmk1 Posted April 17, 2009 Author Report Posted April 17, 2009 Thanks! Must say that i´m very pleased with it.. Will be better with Vulcan racehead, 2x40´s, Newmans 290/401 cam and 1700cc.. I´ll get around 135-145bhp. That´s perfect for a daily driver..
