anyone recommend a one stop shop to finish off my mk1 escort

hi all,

 

its kinda 80% finished. i bought it last year, have limited knowledge of mechanics and stuff, and it needs finishing off. can any you chaps recommend a one stop shop to take it to complete the job.

 

need some welding, retrim interior, engine tuning, superlites, leaf springs and a various bits and bobs.

 

i dont have the knowledge or time to finish it, id rather chuck a couple of grand an experts way to sort it

 

any help appreciated
