bigdaz27 Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 Dremel Multi Tools are they any good or is there a cheper version
Retro-gone. Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 ive had the cheaper version for about 7 years, brilliant
Retro-gone. Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 hell no i use it for cleaning intricate parts like motorcycle carbs , i doubt if a genuine dremil will cut steel, they are only little things ya know.
Copey Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 we have a "skill saw" and its ace but it wont cut steel, need a grinder for that!
Retro-gone. Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 ive got a small air powered steel cutter/grinder for sale
capri_carl Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 Yer i have a few air cutters and they are the nuts! also realy thin angle grinder disks are good for long cuts
bigdaz27 Posted April 20, 2009 Author Report Posted April 20, 2009 i wasnt going to cut steel with it i have selection of grinders for that was just wundering what they could and couldnt do
w p e Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 i use mine to cut steel bearing cups of half sharfts when there seized and many other bits
