Dremel Multi Tools are they any good or is there a cheper version

i use it for cleaning intricate parts like motorcycle carbs , i doubt if a genuine dremil will cut steel, they are only little things ya know.

we have a "skill saw" and its ace

 

but it wont cut steel, need a grinder for that!

ive got a small air powered steel cutter/grinder for sale

Yer i have a few air cutters and they are the nuts! also realy thin angle grinder disks are good for long cuts

i wasnt going to cut steel with it i have selection of grinders for that was just wundering what they could and couldnt do

i use mine to cut steel bearing cups of half sharfts when there seized and many other bits

i only really use mine with the tiny polishing mops .

I have abused my dremel for YEARS, cut, ground, drilled, pollished, de burred, you name it I have probably used it to do a job on the car,

use mine to polish the ports on a mates pinto came out well and he was happy with it
