johnny_h Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 In this past month I have had Ward & Partners tell me they have someone wanting to buy my place URGENTLY at my asking price which falls through at the last minute and had Robinson Micheal & Jackson tell me they have a family that wants to rent the place URGENTLY which also just fell through today, 5 days before they were due to move in. My place has been on the market for 7 months now and i'm getting fooked about left right and centre. Anyone know a good way to advertise a place for let?
