help please

i had a gym membership but dont cant aford it so i tryed to cancle it but its a ligal contract and the only way out is to get a note from my docs saying that he recomends i shouldnt go well the docs not going to do that is he or move out of the area i would need proof how im i going to get that with out moving any ideas would be great the companys called ashbourne membership management they say i owe them £750

is it a 12 month one? i dont suppose you have a copy of the contract or terms and conditions do you?

the gym were i registard is feelgood fitness abingdon but the contract is with ashbourne managment and yes i do have a copy of the contract it was a 3 year contract

what you need to do is look at the contract for loopholes apart from the dr and moving thing

I wrote a letter on works headed paper saying that I was being transferred to another part of the country, had to move house etc etc

 

That got me out of my contract
