Also, im trying to update my profile as my email address has changed but im struggling with this too. Any ideas how i can fix this too ?

You need to have a photobucket or similar account (it's free to get one www.photobucket.com ) and upload your pics from your camera/phone and then copy the IMG code from photobucket and paste it into your post on here and your pics will appear
