and my bonnet flew over my car!!! luckily, no one directly behind me. but by the time i had turned round and looked for it, someone had run over it!! :( lesson...if you've got bonnet pins, use 'em :ykt:

might go out and tidy it up in a minute.....there again, battle scars :twisted:

Same thing happened to me, iv got them silly locking ones, went down the road turned right at the bottom, first gear, second gear, bonnet up, cant see, jump on the anchors, red face!!!! Didnt lose the bonnet or anything just kinked the corners a bit. I share your embarrasment :oops:

Nice one glen - same happened to me the other day - got into 3rd and whoosh - off it went - Fibreglass one as well - came down on the corners and stuffed them up a bit - was funny watching the transit tipper lorry behind me slam his anchors on lol -

Years ago my sister borrowed my 105e and whilst driving along a dual carriageway it flew off and she was too embarrased to go back and get it - moral of story - don't lend bid sis OSF :ykt:
