Adrian Flux are ace, insured my capri with them for a good price. Rang them up, said "I bought a full roll cage and harnesses" fine they said, no problem, added the mods to my policy, and they didnt charge me a penny extra

just insure it as a full car on the road if laid up insurance is a problem.

then its already insured for when its finished and judging by the speed you work itll be about....say....3 weeks?

Unless it has an MOT i would give that a miss,if any scumbag helps themself to your pride and joy you will find your insurance is invalid due to no MOT

I've been thinking.... if your garage is at your house could you call your house insurers to see if they would put the car on as a "named item" on the policy, you might have to pay a bit extra but may be worth a go :)

PS Got a quote off confused for my 1.3GT, currently paying £120 with Adrian Flux, 4 companies were about that but one quoted me £9999.99!!!
