Just out of interest they quoted me such a good price i would recommend them and whats more the discount for being a member of OSF was far less than the £12 joining fee

Perhaps that should be looked at, you may gain more revenue for repeat membership ?. By the way the £12 membership pays for itself when getting insurance through premium insurance
