Bandit with flat bars and upright position, is going to be very very different from the race riding position of the vfr. I love the honda 400s, I had 2 cbr400s. If you want more of the same style vfr sports bike, srad600s are brilliant bikes, very revvy, but fast as hell and great fun
james1700 Posted August 2, 2009 Report Posted August 2, 2009 yea i have threatened the mrs that ill get a blade, or even an r6 but dont think they will be as chuckable as my 400 plus im only a small framed bloke so worry i wont hold anything much bigger

stevepeanut Posted August 3, 2009 Author Report Posted August 3, 2009 Bandit 12s are soooo much fun made to wheelie thats why I bought another, been thinking long and hard about what to get, and the bandit 12 was the best bike I owned so far thats me old one, bought it as a cat C, fixed it up as in the top pic, and then put on a jmc arm, ducati 916 subframe and seat, yoshi cams, all sorts, spent a lot of ££££ on it, and in a way kind of spoiled it. I want to make sensible mods to this one, braided lines, race can, suspension upgrade.
