escort mk2 cosworth exhaust help

can anyone tell me

 

as im fitting a cosworth engine to my escort mk2 do i have to have a complete customr exhaust made or can i use a sierra or escort cosworth exhaust

 

or can i use there down pipe and have the rest made

 

or just have one made??

I had a full custom one done,but i do know people who use a cossie system and just cutt and reweld it to fit,if your no good with a welder you may aswell get one made, haywood and scott in basildon are good

Ian there is a friend £600 for a full system.

 

I have engine Inc big wing sump/baffled.plenum mod

blue injectors.

2wd ecu and engine loom

standard rs2000 full loom

 

no 4x4 fuel rail (needed)

no fly wheel

no clutch

no gearbox

no prop

No starter

no alt

is there anything that I mist that I need to fit engine?

im going to use a 2wd 3" down pipe on mine cut about to fit then a straight bit of 3" pipe with abend under the axle to a straight through box. Going to to the exhaust myself out of mild steel & the downpipe done for me as it will be in stainless
