This car, a 1973 model in a fetching 'champagne' colour was taken from Prestwich, north Manchester at roughly 9.30pm on Wednesday 25th August. There was no smashed glass at the scene and we're guessing the lock was forced.

It was the owner's first and only car, to which he was obviously very attached, and as a serving soldier whose base is over four hours away from home, it was vital for him to be able to get around the country easily. We are all devastated about its disappearance.

Registration TMA 210M. - This was the point that I tried to attach a picture but apparently I'm not allowed!

If any information comes up please contact me via e-mail or ring Whitefield police station on 0161 872 5050.
